To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed via a trusted third party “Swikly”.
After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from “Swikly” asking you to verify the validity of your credit card.
This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the apartment, and does not result in your credit card being debited or blocked.
Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be reimbursed.

💁♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed and bathroom linens will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is a solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
